2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
- Payment was successful but Premium Membership was not activated.
- Technical issues prevented access to paid features.
- Verified billing or payment gateway errors.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Premium Membership features have already been used.
- Subscription period has already started.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
- No suitable matches were found.
